When it arrives

Bikes in stock leave our warehouse within two working days and arrive in three to five. Accessories ship the next working day.

What it costs

Free on every e-bike and on accessory orders over 80 euros, and 4.90 euros below that.

How it arrives

Your bike comes 95% assembled in a recyclable box. Turn the handlebar, fit the pedals and charge the battery: fifteen minutes with the tool in the box.

Returns

Ride it for thirty days. If it is not for you, we collect it for free and refund you in full. Accessories can be returned unused within thirty days.

Send us a photo and your order number and we fix it at once, with a new part or a visit from a mechanic.
